House Fire, April 12, 2008 : A house at the corner of Waylene and Royalewood, Portage Township, Houghton County, Michigan, caught fire the evening of Saturday, April 12, 2008. The owner, a retired Michigan Tech professor, escaped with smoke inhalation and minor burns.
