Here is collection of images of the Quincy Mine and environs, near Hancock, Mich. The colorful chairs were placed on the Quincy No. 2 Shaft/Rockhouse in the summer of 2005 as part of that year's FinnGrandFest in Marquette. Other pictures show the massive piece of pure "float" copper recovered a few years ago in the shallow water of Lake Superior, along with views of the Nordberg Steam Hoist.
